Cressida joined 3i in 1995 from JPMorgan. After 10 years focusing on private equity investments, she co-founded 3i’s Infrastructure business in 2005, becoming Managing Partner in 2009.

3i’s Infrastructure team now acts as Investment Adviser to 3i Infrastructure, a FTSE 250 company specialised in infrastructure investments mainly in the developed world with a market capitalisation of £950m, and as Investment Manager of the 3i India Infrastructure Fund, a $1.2bn LP Fund investing in infrastructure in India.

Cressida’s investments include the take-private of Anglian Water Group, an investment in Eversholt Rail Group, one of the three leading rolling stock companies in the UK and an oil storage joint venture with Oiltanking in Amsterdam, Malta and Singapore
