Anna joined 3i in 2008 and heads up the Business Leaders Network team. She focuses particularly on the Business Services and Consumer sectors (deals such as Agent Provocateur, Hobbs, SLR and Enterprise), specializes in Management Assessment too and has a close involvement in 3i's Board Effectiveness programme, working alongside many portfolio chairmen. Anna joined 3i from Korn/Ferry - the executive search firm - where she was a Partner in the Consumer Practice working on UK, pan European and international assignments. Prior to that she was Marketing Director for Burger King UK & Eire after heading up Corporate Marketing Plan and Brand Management for Marks & Spencer. Anna started her corporate life at McKinsey after an early career as a solo concert violinist. She holds music degrees from Juilliard and Indiana University followed by postgraduate business studies at LSE.
