Claudia joined 3i at the beginning of 2006 from Odgers Berndtson where she focused on Executive Search and Management Assessment. Initially concentrating on Corporate Finance assignments, including Private Equity investment professionals, she then focused on work for Private Equity portfolio companies.

As a Director of 3i's Business Leaders Network - which provides international board level leadership talent to the group across all elements of the investment cycle - Claudia concentrates on the Healthcare and Industrials sectors at a European level. She has worked on non-executive and executive recruitments pre- and post-deal for investments including MWM, Druckchemie, EDS, Norma, Azelis, Ambea, Xellia and Labco. She is focused on the four key board roles and develops and manages relationships with chairmen, non-executive directors, chief executive officers and chief financial officers.

Together with colleagues she is also a driver of the Board Effectiveness initiative working with a group of portfolio Chairmen to develop best practice. Claudia holds a diploma in Psychology from the Heinrich-Heine-University of Duesseldorf and is fluent in German, English, French and Spanish.
