Our people

Luke Anderson joined 3i in 2008. He is a Director in the Business Leaders Network team with a focus on the Technology, Media, Telecommuncations and General Industrial sectors. Luke also manages the CFO Practice across the business. Luke has worked with colleagues on deals including Hyperion, Bestinvest, Civica, Chorion, VNU, Ultralase, Enterprise and Radius.

Previously Luke was a Partner and Board Member at Imprimatur Capital, a private equity investment business operating across Europe, CEE, Asia Pacific, China and Latin America where he was Director, Human Capital. Earlier in his career he was a Board Director and founder of e9c Limited, an advisory business providing executive search and HR consultancy to private equity and venture capital backed businesses in Europe, the US and Asia Pacific. Luke has degrees in Music and Modern Languages from Reading University in the UK and Italian literature from L’Universita di Siena in Italy.
