Rewards Manager

Role purpose

The General Reward team comprises 2 managers and one analyst. The managers are tasked with providing internal consultancy to the HR Directors, line managers and employees in relation to HR reward policies and to support the development and implementation of 3i HR reward policies and practices to enable 3i to attract, motivate and retain high calibre staff to achieve business goals and gloal growth plans.

Responsibilities

  • Provide reward advice and implementation support to HR Directors and client line managers
  • Research, evaluate, design and implement new HR products and processes within reward areas of expertise to meet business needs and reflect HR best practice
  • Contribute to and support project management of major organisation-wide initiatives and ad hoc project assignments
  • Maintain and administer existing reward arrangements to a high standard of quality and customer service through a process of continuous improvement
  • Responsibility for benchmarking, the annual reward review & salary budgeting processes.
  • Manages the grading structure
  • Producing ad hoc and regular reports, analyses and models
  • Provides support in respect of the production of the Remuneration Report & Remuneration Committee papers
  • Oversees the management of 3i’s (small number of) expatriates
  • Administers various (non pension/LTI) benefit plans
  • Supports the HR Operations Manager with regard to the HR budget
  • Supervises Reward Analyst
