Business Leaders Network

The role of the Business Leaders Network team is to bring together a group of outstanding business people who are experienced and successful in their own right. We develop a long-term relationship with them with a view to them taking on senior roles in the companies in which we invest.

Our Business Leaders Network team is involved in identifying candidates, assessing their suitability for working with investment opportunities and connecting them with roles in the businesses we invest in. Team members typically have a search, talent management or business development background.
