Connect2 Welcome

We want everyone who joins 3i to get off to a flying start. All of our experience tells us that to achieve this means much more than simply getting the administration right. To feel part of the 3i team and to make a significant contribution early on is as much about attitude as it is about planning. We want you to succeed, so we need to bring you rapidly up to speed on 3i and also to give you opportunities to make a difference as soon as possible .

To achieve this we have developed a welcome programme called Connect2. It is designed to help you settle in quickly and also to help you to make full use of 3i's network and resources. Naturally there is a lot of information to absorb in any new job, so Connect2 is tailored to ensure that you have everything that you need to know but aren't swamped in the process. Connect2 is also as much about forging new relationships and understanding how we work together at 3i as it is about gathering knowledge.

Your own personal Connect2 programme starts as soon as you decide to join us. Together we'll work out what is best for you and then assemble it into your own individual Connect2 Welcome package. From the day you accept an offer, through to your first day and beyond our objective is to help you make your time at 3i not just a great success but also a very enjoyable one.
