Quoted Private Equity is a new business line formed to address opportunities for creating value in the European quoted markets, which may not be suited to an all cash take private transaction. This dedicated team draws on 3i’s experience of both private equity and public markets to generate private equity style returns by applying private equity management skills to the small and mid-cap listed companies in which it will invest. 

To help us succeed in this new initiative, we need investors with a creative and strategic approach to investing.  We look for decisive individuals with the character, commercial acumen and all-round skills to get the most out of each stage of the deal process. In particular, it’s important to have good commercial judgement, to be comfortable working in a process-driven way and to be a reliable project manager. Relationship skills are important at all levels, but particularly so for Directors and Partners.
