We keep applicants for current vacancies informed of their progress by email. If you’ve sent us your CV to be considered for future vacancies, we’ll be in touch if a suitable position arises
We review all active applications whenever there’s a vacancy within 3i. Based on your preferences and previous experience, you could be matched to a variety of opportunities or else only those positions within the business line, function or sector of interest that you have specified.
Our selection process varies by position and team. However, short-listed candidates can expect to have at least two first-stage interviews, with the business and HR respectively. For some positions and teams, selection may involve participation in an assessment centre or the completion of tests applicable to your position. If this is the case, your HR contact will let you know at the outset.
