Investing with 3i
We invest in mid-market companies operating across Europe, North America and Brazil with an enterprise value up to €500m. We take either majority or minority stakes.
We specifically focus on situations where we can help a company to expand internationally, using 3i’s local office and contact networks.

3i India Infrastructure Fund
The 3i India Infrastructure Fund is a $1.2 billion third party fund investing in the Indian infrastructure market. It focuses on the power, ports, road and airport sectors.
