Our people

Allard joined 3i in 2010 and has since then been involved in the acquisition of Element Materials Technology (formerly SMT) and Action.

Prior to joining 3i Allard worked in the Consumer & Retail team at Credit Suisse in London. His transaction experience includes Heineken’s acquisition of FEMSA Cerveza, the acquisition of Tate & Lyle Sugar by ASR and Philip Morris International’s acquisition of Swedish Match South Africa.

Allard holds a Master degree in Finance from the University of Groningen.
