Amperex Technology Limited (“ATL”), a Hong Kong registered company, is a leader in the manufacturing and supply of stacked Lithium-ion Polymer (“LIP”) batteries.

Established in October 1999, ATL is principally engaged in the research, development, manufacture and sale of LIP batteries. At the time of investment, ATL produced 40 different products certified by Underwriter Laboratory (“UL”) for safety for use in portable electronic devices, including mobile handsets, portable DVD players, bluetooth devices and thin notebooks.

ATL, registered in Hong Kong, is headquartered in Dongguan, a major electronics manufacturing hub in Southern China.
