Ashutosh joined 3i in 2011 from A.T. Kearney Consulting, where he worked as a Senior Consultant. While at A.T. Kearney he was involved in advising clients across multiple sectors including telecom, energy, logistics and auto in the Indian market.

Prior to A.T. Kearney, Ashutosh worked with Lehman Brothers. He also had a brief stint with General Atlantic in their Mumbai office. He holds a Management degree from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad and a Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.
