Our people

Boris Kawohl is an Associate Director, based in Amsterdam. He focuses on Private Equity investments in the Benelux.

He was a key deal team member on the following investments:

- Action: leading Dutch non food discount retailer;

- Refresco: Europe's largest private label soft drinks company;

- Electrawinds: leading Belgium renewable energy company;

- Kneip: Luxemburg based BPO company.

Prior to 3i, he worked in the M&A department of ABN AMRO and at Nederlandse Gasunie during the de-merger of the company. Boris studied Economics in Groningen (The Netherlands), Knoxville (US) and Kiel (Germany).
