We currently focus on growth capital investments – acquiring minority stakes in established and profitable businesses, typically for an investment of USD$25-150m.

As a large-scale, listed private equity company, we deploy our own capital.  This gives us the flexibility to create the best financing structure for each of the businesses that we support.

As well as investing capital in domestic businesses in Asia, we also focus on introducing Indian businesses to our wide European network, finding the best Non Executive Directors, advisers, suppliers, services, partners and acquisitions for the businesses that we partner with worldwide.
