Our people

Karen joined 3i in August 2007. Prior to that she worked with Actis in China for one and a half years, participating in several private equity investments in food and beverage, new energy, general manufacturing and agriculture sectors. She had worked as a senior consultant with PricewaterhouseCoopers for more than four years. Karen holds a Masters degree in Investment from University of Birmingham, UK and a Bachelors degree in Economics from Fudan University, China. She is a CFA chartholder.
