Nina joined 3i in May 2006. She is based in Shanghai and focuses on consumer / retail, manufacturing and business services sectors in China.

Recent deals that she has been involved with include a US$50m growth capital investment in a real estate project, 3i's first real estate investment in China.

Prior to 3i, she spent four years as a Senior Consultant with Roland Berger Strategy Consultants in China, covering consumer goods, retail, manufacturing and financial services sectors.

Nina is a member of CFA and ACCA. She graduated from Fudan University with a BA in Accounting.
