Olivier van Riet Paap joined 3i as an investor in the Benelux Buy-out team. He is involved in origination, transaction and portfolio work.

Prior to 3i, Olivier worked for McKinsey & Company since 2001. At McKinsey, he served clients in Europe, the US and the Middle East across a wide range of industries and topics (including Strategy, M&A, Marketing&Sales and Operations). He was part of McKinsey's Benelux Strategy hub and co-led a European Marketing & Sales service line within the TMT practice.

Olivier holds a Master of Economics from the Erasmus University Rotterdam.
