We are a flexible investor taking majority and minority stakes. We focus on Growth Capital and Buyouts where we are particularly active players.

Growth Capital (investment €50m - €250m)

Minority investments for established mid-cap companies, as well as acquisition of minority shares of existing shareholders. We work together with ambitious businesses that see an opportunity to create exceptional growth. Some of our investments include Clínica Baviera, Rodman, Everis and Unión Radio.

Buyouts (transaction values €50m to €1bn)

Majority investments in mid-cap companies. We support management teams that want to acquire their own company. Some of our investments include La Sirena, Global Energy Services and Ultralase.
