Our people

Ying joined 3i in September 2010 as an associate and is based in Beijing. Prior to joining 3i, Ying worked with Morgan Stanley Private Equity Asia in Hong Kong for over two years, focusing on private equity transactions in China. Ying’s previous experience also includes working in the Investment Banking Division at Lehman Brothers in New York. Ying graduated magna cum laude from Middlebury College in Vermont, USA, where she majored in Economics with double minors in French and Mathematics.
