3i Infrastructure plc

3i Infrastructure plc (“3iN”) is a listed investment company, which is building a diversified portfolio of infrastructure investments with a focus on core infrastructure in Europe and the UK.

3iN listed on the London Stock Exchange in March 2007 and is a constituent of the FTSE 250. As at 30 September 2015, it had a net asset value of £1.2bn and a portfolio of 22 core and PPP infrastructure investments. 3i has a 34% holding in 3iN and acts as its Investment Adviser.

3i India Infrastructure Fund

The 3i India Infrastructure Fund (“3iIIF”) is a US$1.2bn fund launched in 2008 to invest in the Indian infrastructure market. Its investment period ended in November 2012 and it now has a portfolio of six investments in the power and transportation sectors. 3i and 3iN each have a US$250m commitment to 3iIIF.

BEIF II LP

BEIF II is a £280m capital growth fund focusing on primary and secondary PPP and other infrastructure with a similar risk profile throughout Europe.

This fund is fully invested and will be fully divested by 2016. As at 31 December 2014, it had a NAV of £125m.

BIIF LP

BIIF is a £680m yield-based fund focusing on equity and subordinated debt investments in PPP projects and other infrastructure with a similar risk profile throughout Europe, including the UK.

BIIF LP is fully invested and has an initial management period of 15 years (from May 2009). As at 31 December 2014, it had a NAV of £558m.
