BVG, established in 1997, is one of India's largest facilities management services companies. With a pan-India presence, the company provides a wide-range of services such as mechanised housekeeping, landscaping and gardening, logistics and transportation, electrical and mechanical services.

BVG has over 350 clients in India including prestigious names in the public and private sector including Rashtrapati Bhavan, Parliament House, Prime Minister's office and residence, Indian Railways, AIIMS, Safdurjung Hospital, Delhi High Court, Mantralaya, Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai, TATA Motors, ITC, ABB, Volkswagen, Hyundai, Fiat, ONGC and Hindustan Unilever.

Investment Overview

We invested for a minority stake in BVG in January 2011 and we are supporting the company in realising its growth plans.

Our Indian Private Equity team, based in Mumbai, work closely with management at BVG to bring global best practice to the company, and to help achieve operational excellence. In addition we ensure the business has access to our in-depth sector expertise and Business Leaders Network.

BVG is a pioneer in the facilities management space in India and is well positioned in the fast growing FM market. This investment gives us an excellent opportunity to back a market leader to fulfil its growth aspirations and potential.
