Bastiaan is a Partner in the Amsterdam Private Equity team. He is a deal team member for Basic-Fit, European Bakery Group, Royal Sanders and Yanga.

He currently serves on the Board of Directors of European Bakery Group, Royal Sanders and Yanga. Previously, Bastiaan served on the Board of Directors of Kinolt and was an Observer on the Boards of Azelis and BoConcept.

Prior to joining 3i, Bastiaan worked in the Benelux Investment Banking team at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in Amsterdam. He holds a Masters degree in Financial Economics and a Masters degree in Financial Law from the Erasmus University, Rotterdam.
