Guillaume is an Associate Director within 3i's French Private Equity business based in Paris since 2006.

His investment track record includes the buyout of the French leading on-line broker Empruntis, the investment in Cerenicimo, a distribution platform for specialty rental real estate investment products, the investment in Labco, the European medical diagnostic network and the investment in WFCI, the leading player of the GSSA market (cargo freight management).

Guillaume is Board member of Labco and WFCI. Guillaume is a graduate from French engineering school ENSAM and has a Masters in Finance from ESCP.

Before joining 3i, he worked in the Transaction Services department of PwC (providing due diligence services for PE houses and corporates) and in the Leverage Finance team of the French bank Société Générale in NewYork City.
