Marc joined 3i in 2007 as a Director.

He was raised in Africa (RDC, former Zaïre) and began his career with Waste Management International in the business development group in Paris. He subsequently spent more than 10 years at GE, working across a variety of businesses (Equipment Leasing, Software, Banking and Healthcare) and geographies (France, the Netherlands and the UK). During his time at GE, Marc spent 6 years in Corporate Development for GE Healthcare across Europe, Middle East and Africa where he played a lead role in numerous acquisitions and divestitures, including the $438m acquisition of Biacore, the Swedish protein analysis company, in 2006.

Marc graduated from the Solvay Business School in Brussels (1992).
