Mick joined 3i in September 2021 and is a Senior Associate in the Amsterdam Private Equity team. He focuses on the origination and execution of investments in the Benelux and is part of 3i's Consumer sector team. He is deal team member of BoConcept, Mepal and VakantieDiscounter.

Prior to joining 3i, Mick worked at Lazard in the Benelux Investment Banking team.

He holds a BSc in Economics and Business Economics from Utrecht University, and a MSc in Financial Economics from Erasmus University, Rotterdam.
