Stuart is a Director in our Fund Investor Relations team which is responsible for 3i’s fundraising activities and managing its investor relationships.

Prior to this, he spent 5 years in the Private Equity business.  Investments completed in this role included Kneip Communications, a Luxembourg based outsourced services provider to the financial services industry; Foster + Partners, the world's leading architectural services firm; Giraffe Concepts Limited, a roll-out of this chain of UK restaurants; and GO Outdoors, a fast growing retailer of outdoor equipment and clothing.

Before joining 3i, he spent 4 years with BA Capital Partners, the European private equity group funded by Bank of America.

He started his career with Ernst & Young and then founded a financial services company.

He has a first class degree from University College London (UCL) where he majored in physical chemistry and business, and he is fluent in English and French.
