Anchalee joined 3i in 2007 as an associate in the QPE team. Previously, Anchalee began her career in 2002 at Merrill Lynch in Corporate Finance in Hong Kong and Consumer Products/Retail in London. Whilst there, she worked on a number of transactions including the US$1bn initial public offering of a beverage company, US$747m equity add-on offering of a financial institution and several IPOs and block trades.

Anchalee holds a dual degree in Engineering and Business from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from INSEAD.
