Our people

Andrew joined 3i in 1999 and has held a number of financial reporting, systems development and strategic roles. He was appointed Finance and Operations Director for 3i's Growth Capital business based in London in 2004, helping set the business up and taking it through to the first Growth Capital Fund, raising €1.2bn in March 2010. Andrew was also the CFO of 3i's Infrastructure business during its set up phase and at its IPO in 2007.

Since June 2010 Andrew has taken a lead role in implementing 3i's strategic initiatives across the 3i Group and, since April 2011, has also taken on the role of Group Financial Controller.
