Biography
Andrew joined 3i in 2006 and is an associate director in the London Buyout Team. Previously, Andrew was in Corporate Finance at PricewaterhouseCoopers in the Technology, Media and Telecoms team based in London for over 5 years.
Andrew specialises in originating and executing buyout investments in the technology sector across Europe. Recent deals include the separation and disposal of the car parks business of NCP, the public to privates of Inspicio plc, a leading global testing and inspection business, and Civica plc, a leading provider of software solutions to the public sector. Andrew is a member of the Civica board. Andrew has a degree in Economics and Accounting from Bristol University and is a member of the ICAEW.
