Anil joined 3i as a Director in 2007 and is responsible for 3i's Banking Team within the Private Equity division. This team has a broad remit and is responsible for the firm's relationships with its financing institutions and provides specialist banking advice spanning all key financing stages associated with new and portfolio assets across 3i Private Equity. This includes raising primary acquisition finance, advising on the management of leveraged capital structures and preparing exit financing. Key transactions Anil has been involved in include Norma, Axellia, Refresco, OneMed and Amor. Anil has 15 years of banking experience, having started at Lloyds Bank Corporate Banking in 1996. Anil subsequently worked for Dresdner Kleinwort from 1999, where he held various positions in Credit Risk Management, Structured Finance and Corporate Finance & Advisory, completing landmark transactions across a wide range of geographies, sectors and financing structures. Anil studied at Sussex University and holds a BA in Economics and is an Associate Member of Corporate Treasurers.
