Biography
Brian is Senior Advisor to 3i's healthcare sector team since April 2010.
During his 12 years in private equity, he has been instrumental in key deals such as Quintiles and EUSA Pharma. He is currently on the board of Mumbai based SIRO Clinpharm and a member of the Novaquest Investment Committee (Quintiles).
He also has over 20 years’ international experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with several corporate commercial roles at SmithKline, Mundipharma, Wellcome and Astra Hässle and has been involved in the development of major brands such as Zovirax and Nexium.
Brian is a PhD pharmacist, who started his career as a lecturer in Pharmacy at Manchester University. He is a member of the Pharmaceutical Licensing Group, and numerous professional bodies including the Royal Pharmaceutical Society.
