Biography

Bruce is a Director in Growth Capital. His sector focus is business services with a particular emphasis on BPO.

He joined 3i in 1996 and worked in the Edinburgh, Glasgow and Dublin offices, before moving to London in 2002. He has also spent time on secondment in Zurich, Frankfurt, Singapore and New York. 

Recent deals include British Seafood, Hyperion, Polyconcept, Bouncopy, Asia Capital Re, KNEIP and Fulcrum.  He is also responsible for PBS, 3i's captive offshore BPO vehicle.

Bruce has an MA in Economics and Accounting from Aberdeen University and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Scotland. Prior to joining 3i, Bruce worked for Coopers & Lybrand Corporate Finance.
