Our people

Charlotte Runius has been employed at 3i since 2007 and is closely involved in the investments in Lekolar and OneMed. Charlotte is an observer of the Board of Directors of Lekolar. Prior to joining 3i, Charlotte was a management consultant at Booz & Co in Stockholm where she worked in various industries with projects such as corporate strategy, process improvement and purchasing.

Charlotte holds a MSc in Engineering and Business Management from the Royal Institute

of Technology in Stockholm and from the Universidad Politécnica de Valencia, Spain.
