Christer Nilsson has been employed at 3i since 2001 and is responsible for 3i’s Nordic minority investments, the Nordic Growth Capital portfolio. Christer has over the years been exposed to a number of situations in different sectors. He has been involved in companies

such as HTC Sweden, Alimak Hek, DIAB, Martinsson Information systems, Dotcom, CellaVision, NeoPharma and Hardford.

Christer began his career in 1977 at British Steel based in London. He then spent 15 years in the medtech sector at Gambro (Sweden) and Instrumentarium Datex Ohmeda (Finland). Christer has a MSc from Luleå University of Technology and degrees in finance from the University of Stockholm.
