Biography

Claudia joined 3i at the beginning of 2006 from Ray & Berndtson where she focused on Executive Search and Management Assessment. Initially concentrating on Corporate Finance assignments (M&A, leveraged finance, investment professionals) she then focused on searches for Private Equity portfolio companies (especially CEO and CFO). As a Director of the Business Leaders Network, Claudia works with all 3i business lines in German speaking Europe, covers Spain and strongly aligns with the Healthcare and General Industrial sector on a European/global level. She is focused on the four key board roles and manages relationships with chairmen, non-executive directors, chief executive officers and chief financial officers. Claudia holds a diploma in Psychology from the Heinrich-Heine-University of Duesseldorf.
