Biography
Cristina joined in 2007 to further develop the global scope and participation of 3i’s network of business leaders in investments.
She was previously a Partner at Whitehead Mann, where she practiced as an executive coach and consultant focused on board development, assessment and strategic leadership issues. Her early career includes six years of consulting with the Boston Consulting Group in London and five years as an investment banker financing infrastructure projects in the US. Cristina has an MBA from Insead and a B.A. from The University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, Phi Beta Kappa.
