Danny Koh joined 3i in 2006. He started his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers as a tax consultant before switching to their Corporate Finance team in 2000.

Danny focuses on both growth capital investments and buyouts in SE Asia. His recent transaction experience includes the US$620m private placement for Asia Capital Re, Asia's first independent reinsurance company; the minority buyout of Franklin Offshore, a service provider to the offshore and marine industries; and the leveraged buyout of LHI, a speciality medical interconnect manufacturer.

Danny holds a Bachelor in Accountancy from the Nanyang Technological University, Singapore and he is a Certified Public Accountant (Singapore). Additionally, Danny is actively involved in several non-profit organizations. He serves on the board of Singapore Association for Mental Health and is a member of the Investment Committee of National Council of Social Services in Singapore.
