Biography

As a Director within 3i's European buyout business, David is focused primarily on leveraged buyout transactions.

David’s investment track record includes the take privates of Mayborn Group plc and Enterprise plc, buyouts of Eltel, Interflora, Legal Marketing Services and Premier Dawn as well as growth funding for Styles and Wood.

David began his 3i career in 1999 and has worked primarily in the UK regions.

David has a BA in Accountancy & Finance. Before joining 3i, he qualified as a Chartered Accountant with PWC as well as spending time in their Northern Corporate Finance practice.
