Biography

Denise has been member of the Management Committee with responsibility for Human Resources since joining 3i in November 2004. She has over 25 years experience in this area which, after an initial spell of Industrial Relations with Ford Motor Company, has been predominately gained in the Financial Services sector. She has worked for Arthur Andersen, Midland Bank, HSBC James Capel and Standard Chartered Bank, and prior to joining 3i she was the HR Partner for Ernst & Young LLP. Denise’s role is focused around aligning the people strategy to the business strategy, and she has been at the forefront of the organisational changes which have taken place since she joined the company. Denise has a BA in English Literature from Leeds University
