Biography

Donna joined 3i in June 2000 to work for the SMi team in Bristol. Prior to this she worked for Deutsche Bank as the Funding Manager for the Securities Lending Desk. She has also worked for Greenwich NatWest Capital Markets where she set up and managed a team of trading floor assistants, which supported the US Treasury Bond Desk and several European Government Bond desks. Donna began her career as a management trainee at Barclays. Donna has a BA Honours in Literature, studied investment with the Chartered Institute of Bankers, has a Diploma in Business & Finance and a Diploma in Literature.
