Biography

Eva joined 3i in 2006 as an associate in the Buyout Team. Eva specialises in originating and executing buyout investments in Europe across a broad range of sectors.

Prior to 3i, Eva was a member of the Merrill Lynch Healthcare Team, working on transactions including the £150 million London initial public offering of generic pharmaceutical company, Hikma Pharmaceuticals, and the Swiss listing of the biotech company, Speedel. Prior to Merrill Lynch, Eva was part of the PricewaterhouseCoopers Healthcare Team where she focused on M&A assignments in the OTC and healthcare services sectors.

Recent deals in which Eva has been involved include the acquisition of Agent Provocateur, the market-leading designer, producer and retailer of luxury lingerie, and the acquisition of Euro-Druckservice, the leading web-offset printer in the Czech Republic, Poland and Hungary.

Eva is a member of the board of directors of Agent Provocateur and holds a masters degree in Engineering from Cambridge University.
