Biography
Fredrik Karlsson joined 3i in 2001 when Atle was acquired. While Fredrik focuses his efforts on Nordic buyouts in most sectors, he has also developed a particular expertise in business services. Prior to joining 3i, Fredrik was a director at Volvo AB's group corporate finance department and deputy managing director at 6th AP-fund. Fredrik holds a masters degree in Business Administration and commercial law from the Gothenburg School of Economics.
Fredrik has led transactions such as Pharmadule, Coor, Ambea and Inspecta and is currently board member of Inspecta Oy and Pharmadule-Emtunga AB.
