Biography
Fredrik Karlsson has been employed at 3i since 2001. Fredrik focuses on Nordic buyouts in most sectors, but also has specialist knowledge in business services. Key deals that Fredrik has been involved in include Inspecta, Coor Service Management, Ambea, Nordic Modular Group, Inspicio, Pharmadule, Eltel, Nordisk Renting and Attends. He is a director Inspecta, KemFine and Pharmadule.
Before joining 3i, he was a partner at Emerging Technologies AB. Fredrik was previously a director in Volvo AB’s corporate finance function and deputy managing director of the Sixth Swedish National Pension Fund.
He has an MSc in Business Administration and Commercial Law from the Gothenburg School of Economics.
