Biography
Giovanna joined 3i in 2008 and is Associate in the German Buyout Team where she focuses on the General Industrial and Media sectors.
Prior to joining 3i, Giovanna worked for McKinsey concentrating on Corporate Finance and Financial Institutions. Before McKinsey, Giovanna worked in M&A with Morgan Stanley in Frankfurt and London.
Studies
Giovanna holds a Master of Corporate Finance from SDA Bocconi in Italy and a BSc in Economics from Lancaster University in England.
