Biography
Gustav Bard has been employed at 3i since the acquisition of Atle in 2001. Gustav is based in Stockholm as Managing Director of 3i Nordic.
He is also responsible for 3i’s European buyout portfolio and is a member of 3i Group’s investment committee.
Key investments that he has had a key role in on over the years are Ambea, Coor Services, Gant, KemFine, Damcos, ABA, Eltel, Inspecta, Scandlines and Lekolar. His track record also includes investments in growth capital companies such as Boxer.
Gustav is currently a member of the Board of Directors of Eltel and Scandlines. Gustav was chief Executive of Atle Mergers & Acquisitions, the buyout business of Atle. Prior to Atle, he was a partner at McKinsey & Co.
Gustav has a masters degree from the Stockholm School of Economics and a degree from Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales in Paris.
