Guy Zarzavatdjian joined 3i in 1987 and has over 20 years of private equity investment experience.

He is a Managing Partner of 3i Group.

During his time at 3i, he has been Country Managing Director of France in the mid 2000s and successfully established 3i’s business in the Benelux region in the late 1990s.

He has played a key role in developing the business and been actively involved in a number of growth capital and buyout deals including Supergroup, Se Loger, GFI, Camaieu, Keolis, Educational Information Group, Crown Bedding and De Telefoongids.

Guy has been Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Directors of Keolis.

Prior to 3i, Guy Zarzavatdjian worked for Eli Lilly & Co and a family textile group.

He holds a DEA in Finance from the Dauphine University and an MBA from INSEAD.
