Biography

Guy joined 3i in 1987. He is Global Managing Director for Growth Capital and a member of the 3i Management Committee based in London. During his time at 3i, he spent five years as Country Managing Director in France and successfully established 3i’s business in the Benelux region in the late 1990s. He has played a key role in developing the business and been actively involved in a number of deals including Supergroup, GFI, Camaieu, Keolis, Poliris, Educational Information Group, Crown Bedding and De Telefoongids.

Prior to 3i, Guy worked for Eli Lilly & Co and a family textile group. He holds a DEA in Finance from the Dauphine University and an MBA from INSEAD. Guy has been Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Directors of Keolis.
