Biography
Jolyon joined 3i’s buyouts team in 2004. Prior to joining 3i, he worked at KPMG in the Corporate Finance division with a focus on Consumer Markets. Jolyon specialises in originating and executing buyout investments in Europe with a particular focus on the consumer sector.
Deals in which Jolyon has been involved include Hobbs, the ladies fashion retailer, Sparrowhawk Media, the international television channel, Mayborn, the manufacturer and distributor of baby & child products and the public to private of Enterprise plc and subsequent bolt-on acquisition of Accord, the support services businesses.
Jolyon has a BA in Accounting & Law from the University of Manchester and a Securities Institute Diploma
