Jo is a Director in the Benelux Buyout Team specialising in originating and executing buyout investments in Europe across a broad range of sectors.

Deals that he has worked on include Action, Element Materials Technology (formerly SMT), the €335m public to private of Inspicio plc, the €865m public to private of Enterprise plc and the acquisition of Inspecta Oy the Nordic testing and inspection business. Jo is a member of the boards of Element Materials Technology and Civica.

Jo is a Chartered Accountant and has a degree in Economics from University College London.
