Biography
Jo is a Director in the UK Buyout Team specialising in originating and executing buyout investments in Europe across a broad range of sectors. Previously, Jo worked at Deloitte within both the corporate recovery and private equity teams on a large number of private equity transactions across Europe and Asia.
Recent deals that he has worked on include the €865m public to private of Enterprise plc, the acquisition of Inspecta Oy the Nordic testing and inspection business and the €335m public to private of Inspicio plc. Jo is a member of the board of Inspicio.
Jo is a Chartered Accountant and has a degree in Economics from University College London.
