Biography
Kasper Hansen has been employed at 3i since 2006 and has 5 years Private Equity and Project Management experience. Kasper focuses on buy-out investments in the Nordic region. The key deals Kasper has been closely involved in include Xellia (formerly Alpharma API - Healthcare), Inspecta (TIC, Business Services), Scandlines (Transport & Logistics) and the exit of Damcos (General Industrial) and he is an observer of the Board of Directors of Inspecta and Alpharma.
Prior to joining 3i, Kasper was a Project Manager on a large IT-Project in Vækstfonden, and before that he was involved in Venture Capital and fund-of-funds investments in the Nordic region. He holds an M.Sc. in Applied Economics and Finance from Copenhagen business School, and a B.Sc. in Business administration from Copenhagen Business School and Boston College.
