Our people

Kasper Hansen has been employed at 3i since 2006 and has 8 years Private Equity and Project Management experience. Kasper focuses on buy-out investments in the Nordic region.

The key deals Kasper has been closely involved in include Xellia (formerly Alpharma API - Healthcare), Inspecta (TIC, Business Services), Scandlines (Transport & Logistics) and the exit of Damcos (Industrials) and he is an observer of the Board of Directors of Inspecta and Xellia.

Prior to joining 3i Kasper worked at Vækstfonden, a Danish venturefund and FoF investor, holding different positions as Investment Analyst and Project Manager.

He holds an M.Sc. in Applied Economics and Finance from Copenhagen Business School, and a B.Sc. in Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School and Boston College.
