Biography
Kathy is focussed on General Industrial transactions within the buyout team and also responsible for corporate relationships within the sector. Prior to joining 3i in 2004, she spent four years with PwC corporate finance in London and Amsterdam. Most recently, she worked on the £92m buyout of Freightliner, a leading operator in rail freight transportation and E2V technologies which floated successfully on the London Stock Exchange in July 2004. Kathy qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1999 and has a bachelor's degree in law from UCL.
